Zitronengeräucherter Lachs
Summer! Salmon on the BBQ with herbs and lemon goes perfectly with this! You can easily make a healthy BBQ dish with fresh herbs.

Ingredients per person:
- Slice of salmon of approximately 175 grams
- Half lemon
- A handful of fresh dill (otherwise dried)
- Pepper and sea salt to taste
For the marinade
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- 2 cm fresh ginger peeled and grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- juice of half a lemon
- pepper and sea salt to taste
Requirements :
- Wooden plank
- BBQ Tongs
- Smoke chips
Preparation method:
- Start with the marinade first; m ake a mixture of 1 clove of pressed garlic, 2 cm fresh ginger, peeled and grated, 2 tbsp soy sauce, juice of half a lemon, pepper and sea salt to taste;
- Place your salmon in the marinade here and let it rest for 15 minutes;
- Heat the BBQ immediately to 180 degrees;
- Then place the salmon steak on the wooden board. Cut the lemon into slices and place it, together with the dill, on the salmon;
- Sprinkle with some sea salt and pepper;
- Place this package on the barbecue for about 12 minutes and your salmon is ready!
